After several months of the visual and Ops team working with Melinda, we opened the Wilmington, DE boutique. It is set in a busy corridor traveling through Delaware into Pennsylvania. The boutique is beautiful and unique with a noticeably high-end, elevated feel to it from the moment you enter the space.  Upon entry, you are greeted with two built-in cabinets, a warm brown floor, and a custom-built cash wrap with a lovely wood-stained top. 

Additional fun features of this location include rugs as well as an array of plants; there is an array of black and white imagery in this location and these accents give it a warm and cozy vibe, while still maintaining that boutique feel.

Melinda’s opening drew a variety of new and familiar faces.  The customers came to shop at her elevated location and she will be their favorite place to shop as they continue to return.

All of these details truly set the space apart and differentiate it from other locations while also contributing to the high-end design aesthetic and positively affecting the customer experience. What a privilege it has been to be a part of the Wilmington, DE boutique journey!
