What a pleasure to work with Dana on her 2nd location!  This boutique is set in an established neighborhood in an updated shopping center in McLean, VA. The boutique is beautiful and unique with a noticeably high- end, elevated feel that is reminiscent of her first location in Potomac, MD.  From the moment you enter the space, you can see the details and evidence of her builder’s work,  who happens to be her husband, Ben. This location is long and narrow, so we added multiple built-in cabinets again. These five cabinets showcase the branded product mix and add some architectural
interest to the space. There is a a geometric print wallpaper behind the spacious, custom-built cash wrap and an accent wallpaper in the back of the boutique which disguises the double doors to the stock room and can be used as a backdrop for a social media moment, but the newest detail is on the fitting room walls, where Ben used closet doors to create a high-end millwork look. Additional fun features of this location include black and white geometric patterned rugs along with well-placed imagery in her fitting rooms. These accents give it a warm and cozy vibe while maintaining a boutique feel.

Dana’s is well on her way to becoming McLean’s favorite place to shop!
